Work Background

Kova Kream is what happens when someone decides the health food space doesn't have to be boring. Protein ice cream that actually tastes like ice cream — no compromise, no chalkiness, no guilt. The product was already there. The digital presence needed to catch up.

The challenge with a food startup is that the product has to be felt before it can be tasted. Nobody buys something they've never heard of based on a nutrition label. They buy it because something stopped them mid-scroll, made them curious, and made the purchase feel inevitable.

That's what we built.

The Outcome

The website was designed to do one thing — convert. Clean product photography, clear value proposition, a purchase flow with zero friction. No clutter, no distraction, just a product that looks as good as it tastes and a reason to buy it now.

Email marketing came next. Automated sequences that turn a first purchase into a habit — welcome flows, reorder reminders, launch announcements. Every email written to sound like a brand people actually want to hear from, not a company trying to sell them something.

On Instagram we built a content presence that lives in the intersection of fitness culture and food culture — the two communities KOVA needs to own. Consistent visual language, copy that has a point of view, and a posting rhythm that keeps the brand visible without repeating itself.

For a startup the window between launching and losing momentum is small. KOVA is still in it.
